what odes it consist of and how much would it cost? how much horse power comes out of this, or is it just worth it to pay extra and get the 3sgte in the car?

i think a 3sgte in ur auto is a waste of a good engine IMO

IMO i think that decal is kinda ricey... i say get another 5th gen and work on that
