yeah i was kinda pissed, since i used rubber gloves and didn't touch the bulbs. Had the same problem with stock bulbs too.

The problem cannot be the bulbs.

I see in your profile you have a system. Most likely when the bass is hitting it pulls a lot of power and that is why your lights are dimming. Try a grounding kit only like 30 bucks and is easy to install

Open your hood and make sure that the wire connector that connects to the back of the bulb is secure. It's not really held on tightly at all, and could easily come loose if it's not put on correctly or is damaged.

I've heard that caps dont do anything. Ive talked to my audio guy countless times about this and he says he never notices a difference with a cap. I would try groundwires or optima.

you need a new audio guy asap! You don't "notice a difference" because it doesn't do anything for sound. It's designed to reduce wear on your alternator and battery. Sounds like he never took a physics class.
Yeah polykarb, probably a system issue, but the odd thing is that it's only on the left side. It is possible that the MTECHs are drawing too much current and the wiring to the lights is starting to go. Between the system and the MTECHs it might be to much strain on the electrical system if you don't have a cap.

Alright peeps thanks. I don't need to get pulled over again because of this. Looks like grounding wires will do, wanted to get them anyways, along with MSD.
