sup ppl...i just got my s2k antenna n try to install it but couldnt take out the stock antenna.is there anyway to take out the stock antenna when its not extended because my antenna doesnt extend even tho i have my radio on due to a fucked up installation.i dont wanna pull it up with force either incase it breaks on me.any ideas?? thx...

damn... frown.theres a motor for the antenna to come up n i dont wanna force it n break that motor or break the antenna when its still in there.shiet ...this is funny how im struggling to switch antennas.. rofl rofl

WT? confused if there is a motor, then you have a motorized Antenna, why would you want to replace it? you can just shorten it down, intead of leaving it all the way up...

celica's with motorized antennas cant be replaced with s2k antenas without changin the base to a non motorized antenna if i remember right tongue

ahhh damn...that sux big time.i just wasted money on that antenna.LOL!!!good thing i didnt pull it too hard.does anyone know y my antenna wont come up in the first place.that shit doesnt come up even when im playing my radio.damn,...fucking wack ass installation. thumbsdown

when your head unit was installed they forgot to wire the remote wire output from the unit to the cars antenna motorize relay, it tells the antenna to go up and down.. check the isntall
