I have a question about my car. I installed an injen cai 3 months ago and since then my car has been acting funny. My exhaust sputters like a semi-auto handgun, and sometimes when I turn my car on it smells like my fuel smells kinda weird. What is knocking by the way? what does it sound like? Because if it sounds like a tremble or bass on my stereo that's what I hear. My car also trembles during idle. Can you guys give answers to what's wrong with my car, and a solution as well.

Thanks

if you installed the injen cai you're most likely running lean and not rich. Are you sure you installed it correctly? You did reflash the ecu right? Any check engine lights? Make sure you clean your MAF sensor too. There's a sticky on how to do that correctly.
Do you get that popcorn-popping sound from your Intake?

I get my kicks on EC.

plug the hose that is left over (the one that used to go to the butterfly valve)...that should help. Also, get some fuel injector cleaner, it should help too

yep that should fix the problem and if you have lost the cap you can go get a new one from any auto parts store . its 1/8 I think .
