hey guys i just had a question , does changing ur cars speakers imprive the quality of ur music, i already have an alpine headunit but i was wondering if changing the speakers only would improve sound quality and can you really tell a difference? if so post what kind of speakers and how much you got them for pleaseeeee
clearly. It depends on the brands/quality and wattage too. Amp is a must! I'd say changing the speakers is def more important than changing the head unit.
haha alrighty yeah i know why you guys are quiet, but im saying if its a big noticeable, and if chaging just the speakers would improve hass quality along with reble at the same time, but thanks for all the suggestions if you guys have anymore just let me know thanks
I don't get the whole be quiet statement. Can anyone fill me in also?
I am also considering changing out my rear speakers after I purchase my Alpine HU.
I already have a Fosgate Punch 800 Amp Powering a 12 inch JL Sub in my trunk. Would I need to get another Amp?
Well first off it depends whether you have a two channel or multi channel amp(4) because if you only have a two you cant add more. Considering your wattage you would prolly need a new amp cause that 800 watts will be split 4 ways and thats not much power at all.
haha because its one of those questions where they say like they dont need to reply because its a dumb question and you know like duh its gonna change sound and stuff but yah idk just one of those things where its obvious but i wanted a deeper knowledge of what changing speakers does
Actually becareful when you amp the components cause a lot of the good components operate in the <200 rms range. If you get an amp make sure it isnt gonna blow them.
yes better speakers improve quality of the music. Also its better to have a nice headunit and not so nice speakers as opposed to the opposite. I have JL XR'S for around 300 dollars. Its so clean and crisp its sick. Its some of the best speakers i have ever heard.
