Ok I'm a noob when it comes to toyotas. I just recently bought a 97 toyota celica GT convrt. The car feels slow even slower than a civic ex (former car). What is the 1320 time for the stock celica gt, I'm thinking around 16's? So I was thinking Turbo, then I thought my money is short. So I'm just going to do N/A (intake, headers, exhaust) But I am not fimiliar with toyota after market products. What companys make quilty products with good power output. And with these mods can i get into the low 15's? My limit is $1000. Since I am looking to modding the exterior also.

Here's a plan, use your exterior mod budget on your engine. You will be faster than you look. Not the other way around.
