I've noticed a little bit more of a growl, and she seems peppier, but I think I still need to break them in a little more. laughsilly

I just did that myself like 3 weeks ago...the dc header is awesome. I love it.

haha...and a little something I found when trying to find a way to take out the heat sheild without dropping the exhaust and everything else (forget about it, there is no room, just drop the exhuast lol)

Yep, that's right Yamaha got together with TRD to manufacture the head for the GTS. LC Engineering was in the mix too.thumbsup
I hope you love the header, I am sure you will.
Lucky (Mike)and I were supposed to get a free header from DC, for all the hard work we did to get the dyno results for that header, so I am not to pleased with promises not being kept from them. Other then that it's a good header for the price.
Congrads on the new mod thumbsup

I knew that, but I didn't think they would have an imprint on the head...I was just surprised to see it. lol

Yeah, I'm really liking the header. thumbsup

The install was pretty extensive.

We had to take off the exhaust, unbolt 2 of the motor mounts, put a jack under the engine, and tilt the engine back kinda. lol That was the only way to get to it under the car, but the car was on a lift, so it was a lot easier. smile

wow, you had to unbolt the motor mounts? shouldnt have to when you pull the exhaust off.

Yes, me and my friend got out the header without using a lift, and without having to hold the engine up.

We took out the b-pipe along with the heatshields to allow more room. And the header just came right out pulling it towards the back of the car.
