When i dont use my car for a day or so, the next morning when I click on the open button on my security thing, the beep sounds like its dying. But then when I warm up the engine, the beep sounds normal. Has this happen to anyone before?

You might wanna test/replace your battery.
When my battery started to go out, it would sound like that also.

That is also why it sounds normal when you start the car. Because then the electrical isn't relying on the battery alone.
Also, you can take it to Autozone, and they will test your alternator for free. It's always good to test it every now and then.
