booyaolian reccommended this stuff to me. my headlights looked so awful that i was thinking about getting a new set. he reccommended turtle sratch remover, which i got at wal-mart for 1.77. check this out...

i know i didn't get the whole light in the top pic but you can see how yellow and scratched the light was. now look at the bottom pic, taken after using that turle stuff you reccommended. and these things had some DEEP scratches. after applying that stuff when i would start to wipe it away the scratches would just disappear!

wish i had a pic of the whole light or even both before. they looked AWFUL.

booyaolian: thanks again man. thumbsup

ok here it is. excuse the subleminal advertising in this pic (*cough* stock fogs for sale *cough*) .. lol

the stuff is called turtle wax polishing compount / scratch remover. easiest stuff in the world to use. don't even have to rub it in hard or let it sit for long.

Yeah and what have i been saying all along? Check out the other threads, the polishing compound is badass.

Used it on my fading sunroof as well and brought back the black tinted color.

Wicked. You won't believe this. My wife's minivan had a bit of a black mark from someone elses door or something. And guess what I bought to remove it. LOL yeah I have a can of that sitting on my workbench. Just went to check. So maybe tomorrow or sometime I'll give it a go on my headlights. grin
