Does it exist?
And, if yes, where can i order it?

Also, i once read something about metal bushings for the shifter that would take away all the fiddle in the shiftstick...Does these exist to? And where could i get them?

yes there are 2 short shifters that i know of, TRD and TWM. TRDs arent made anymore, TWMs are what most people seem to get. You could also cut your stock one down to size or throw in a 7th gen shifter.

I have the TWM short shifter and I really enjoy it. it's a 60% decreas in the throw distance so it really does help out for the quickness in your shifting. I havn't been able to try the TRD one yet, but the rest of the TRD stuff around seems to work great... However, they'll charge you an arm and a leg for it.

the TRD one could be found cheaper online just that it's not a short shifter... it's a quickshifter. It shortens the throw but the stick is higher. I would get a shortshifter from TWM but it just doesn't seem like it's worth the $140+ for it.
