What would happen if the grounding kit were installed incorrectly on my car? Would it start? Would it drain the battery? Would I even be able to tell if there was a problem?

hooking up a ground kit incorrectly is practicely impossible. technically your entire car is a ground, the only way to screw it up would be to forget to hookup one end of a wire and it just waves around and shorts out your car. either that or you don't tie it back to the battery.

as long as you put back your positive terminal wires and your negative wires, you cant do it wrong, because a grounding kit has nothing to do with how your car works, i mean, its not a vital part, your just trying to aid in helping to ground the car!!

Aye, tunedinnovations has them for $30 shipped.

I got mine in the mail the other day, seems to be good quality stuff.

(There's also an install guide on their site... Would be hard to hook it up incorrectly!)

Nothing would happen. If they hooked it to a positive source then they would have some fun with a boiling & possibly exploding battery.
