when i took out the front bumper, i didn't use all the bolts to hold my bottom plastic cover(terms?) because i was lazy. i thought 2-3 bolts and clips were strong enough to hold. (big mistake!)

anyway, long story short. the bottom plastic cover parts got dragged on the highway... so they've become useless. where can i get a good deal on the parts(plastics, clips, bolts, etc)? if i go to the dealer, how much would they charge me? thanks man!

I made that same mistake! I had to get new wheel-well plastics on both sides. That ran $110+ for just parts. The one you are talking about fell off, and I drove 100+ miles on the freeway with it dragging. I currently have it twisty-tied on to my car so I dont spend a fortune for that part.
