well, make sure oyu break in the car first. You do not want to redline a new engine.
With intake header and exhaust my best run has been a 15.7 on a 3/4 tank of gas in the heat of houston. I know that I can hit at least a 15.5 or better in January. With cams and a Port and Polish I am pretty sure I would be in the 14s. Hope that helps. Where are you located?

if you really want speeding without engine mods,
1. remove A/C, power steering, interior parts, rear seat,
2. buy new good tires
3. lose your weight?

For a brand new car, I would say around 800ish to 1000, just to be safe.

he means remove the whole ac system, this combined with the removal of other unneeded weight will make the car a lot lighter which will make it faster.
