Make or use a sheet of Carbon Fiber that is thick enough to cut then custom make it to the size you need.

I haven't seen a company that makes a lip specifically for the Kamanari front. I've seen the Wing West lip in Carbon Fiber and couple other lips. You'd probably have to do a custom job if your shooting for just the lower portion of your kamanari bumper since it will require a mold. It will cost you but remember it takes money to have one of a kind custom work done.
Go to Carbon FiberTYPE.Com. Couple of our cars are sponsored from that company they do great work with Carbon Fiber and can make you whatever you want in Carbon Fiber.
I've attached a pic below as what you can consier doing.

its not completely level or flat across the bottom - but I'm sure that if you really wanted it done, you could most definitely find the solution to that

kind of like the action pack, the front is not even with the sides and rear... Not exactly mentioning how "even" the front is with the rest of the kit - I was more referring to the steep angle at which the front bumper is at. I only provided the entire picture of the celi so as to show it was being flat and the angle had not been manipulated i hope this can help... https://celicahobby.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Number=246034#245972
