o it looks like this see that rusted bolt... it should be like that only hopefully yours isn't rusted.. you can turn it with your hand but is hard to turn.. or use a philps screw driver

i believe you've answered your own question.. well switch some words around anyways i always wondered the same thing.. someone mentioned before that, "circular plastic above the rusted screw " is actually " one do you turn for Left and Right" but you need to take off the plastic thing somehow.. pull it off i guess?

what's that circular plastic above the rusted screw bro?? i have no clue wat that thing is..it turn and twist freely but have not clue the function of it..got any idea??? It covers the bolt to adjust the left-right angle. It's covered so you don't move the lights into oncoming traffic and blind everyone. To access it, you need to break the plastic cover off. The bolt you can see does adjust the height of the beam, though. Make sure your car is around 20ft away from the wall the lights are shining on to properly adjust their height. Being too close to the wall won't show you the difference in height of your adjustments, and they'll most likely come out uneven when you pull away from the wall.

so i have to brake the plastic cover off before i can get access to the screw, guess i wouldn't be able to put it back when i "brake it",, so do i just leave it there like that?? or find something to cover it... that's what i want to do,, adjust the height up a little bit...
