Anyone hear about a recent recall for the celica? My friend who owns a 04 GT said he got a e-mail from TRD stating there is a recall on the 7th gen Celicas. He said something about "gear slipage"? Anyone know if this is really true? Anymore info?

He said he has a friend at TRD. Thats who emailed him. He really didn't give me much info. on it though. He just said if your traveling at high speeds (80+ mph) and you are down shifting, theres a chance for the gear to slip into another one. Ex: down shifting from 5th to 4th, theres a chance to slip to another gear. I'm still not totally clear on it. I just wanted to see if anyone else has heard anything, before I took the time to research it further. (call a dealership etc.)
