How hard is it to install a coil over lowering kit?

Not hard, it's just a lot of bolts. You will need a spring compressor and an impact wrench though.

Depends. If you get something with pillowball mounts (like Tein SS-P), you won't need a spring compressor at all. It's a direct swap for the springs and struts, so you won't need to disassemble them. Overall, the install is pretty easy either way, just time consuming.
