I know that a car isn't the same price as you bought it the moment you drive it off the lot, but I was wondering if I could trade in a new Auto Celica GTS '04 without paying anything or much for an Manual GTS '04 or '05 since auto's cost more than manuals and are most sought after because of their ease of use. Also, what's the diffrence between a '04 and an '05?

Depreciation on a nww car right outta the dealer's lot is thousands of dollars. This will more than exceed the difference in price between your car and ANY new Celi. Yes, automatics in general cost $1K more than a standard with the SAME ENGINE. The GTS is not the SAME ENGINE. 40hp gain = $4K difference. Yer plan will not work on this planet...sorry bro rolleyes

You'll never be able to trade a used car in for a new car without any cost. You could probably trade in your 04 auto for an 03 manual free of cost though, if you work it right.
