Has any one installed these on a Celica if so was there reasonable power gains??
Ok well has anyone even herd of someone using these??

if you get the stock comp pistons, you don't get a gain. if you raise comp, then you get gains. if you lower comp, you loose power unless you add more air fuel. I heard that 1 comp ratio point = approx 4% of your overall hp and torque. I could be wrong.

Thats cool well when you order the pistons you get to choose whatever compression ration you want. Why hasn't anyone bought new pistons? If we would all put in money on parts maybe all the companies will see that we are interested in fixing up the GT engines.

its because to "install" those pistons by a professional shop your looking at 4-5K just in labor.

its a complete engine tear down, and removal which takes for ever!

then putting it all back together. I would say it would take a shop about 2 weeks to do, just for pistons? I'd rather have the stroker kit than the pistons for that kinda money.

And just pistons won't do much. The pistons will give you better performance for other mods...example, nitrous, turbo, etc.

If you're supercharging or turbochargin you should lower your compression ratio so you can run a higher boost without blowing your engine to bits.
