Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I can get a All-Trac/GT4 Powetrain?

If you are talking about the 3sgte engine, try Jarco in Georgia. If you want to take risk, try Ebay. I don't recommend it though. Make sure they have warranty and do the compression check for you. Also, it's better to get a front clip than sourcing the ECU, wiring harness and other stuffs later.
