Where does the blue colored ring go?
I know that I don't need the red colored one.
The Yellow color was on the plastic filter cover on the bottom.
And the green I didn't take out in the first place.
All I really need to know is where the blue colored goes to.
And what do I cover the vacuum tube with? they didn't send me a cover.
Thanks in advance!

you arent going to use the connectors just tie them up and put them in a snug place. Just make sure you have the one connector pluged into the MAF.

So I don't need the blue and red...
THe MAF is the Black thing that goes on top of the pipe right?
How about the vacuum tube. What do I cover it up with?

yes the black thing on top is the MAF, for the vacuum tube there should be a nipple on the intake that you and connect it to. I think that is what ur talking about. And no you wont need the blue and red connectors.

I don't have a nipple on the pipe to connect that into. I read in some other post that you need to cover it up with a plug. But i don't have a plug in my shipment.
Also is the blue tube set up right?

I just installed everything and everythings in place. No check engine light and the engine didn't blow up. But I don't notice any sound difference in my car. It's just a little bit louder and no BSHHHHHH sound. Is it because I don't have a catback yet? Will the sound get better after installing the catback? I do notice that the starts got a little faster. Doesn't feel that sluggish.

Well I don't know about sound but I can feel the difference when I stop and go. I'm pretty sensative so I could definitely feel the difference. Expecially when I make a turn and slam on the pedal. For looks and sound, I didn't notice that big of a difference. It's just louder than my stock. Oh yeah and I have a question. Whenever I turn the car off(?) it makes that low air noise like haaaaaaa~ It sounds pretty cool but I want to know if that's normal. Thanks again

But still a gain over the stock air box? Yep. What is that hose with the blue on the end? You thought it was the vacuum hose? Can someone please tell me what that hose with the blue on the end is because I just took out my cai and reinstalled my airbox and cant figure out where that hose goes to. Do i need it with the stock airbox???

it goes into the skinny tube on the lower plastic of your airbox. If i removed my butterfly valve would i still need it? Is it bad not to have it?
