Ok so I've looked all around and I see how to remove a factory bumper and one with lower "spoiler". if I havce a stock action pack front, do I remove top AND bottom screws or just top screws?

Yes, this is the non-TRD bodykit. I assume the TRD bumper will have the need to remove the bottom screws too?

Yep the underside screws/bolts are exactly the same.
