48 months least 5.9% rate (price listed in CAD):

GT Liftback 454.11
GT Package B 501.16
GT Tsunami 538.74
GTS Package B 617.51
GTS Tsunami 625.65

I definity want GTS... and Tsunami is a better deal than Package B... I will make the decision in around 6 hours. I won't regret choosing GTS over GT right? tongue

no..as long as you are going manual.

if your going to buy an automatic..both the gt and gts have 4 speeds and although the gts has more power and 'lift' its not that big of a difference. imo, save a few bucks and go gt if your gonna go auto.

in manual...the gts uses a 6-speed and the gt uses a 5-speed...its enough to make a noticeable difference...plus its just more fun to drive..and you can land lift which you can't do in the auto.

also, its worth noting that a 5-speed gt can beat a gts auto, just some fyi

Why are you leasing and not buying?

I'd definitely go with the GTS.

Get the GTS man. LOL yeah welcome to canada. I put $3000 down on mine, package C & my payments are $540/month for 60 months eek LOL it sucks being in canada sometimes. For the money I would get the GTS. I thought there wasn't much difference between GT & GTS but I found out after, there was. Personally, I wouldn't go for tsunami & put the difference to a different kit.

Can you put on an aftermarket kit if you're leasing?

Yeah, as long as you take it off and put the stock one back on.

lol yup i dunno m/t yet ~ i tried to learn before getting it but people charge SO MUCH for teaching m/t without a m/t car myself ... it's like $55 bucks an hour just renting a m/t car eek im gonna call this guy who teaches m/t and is really close to a frd of mine, to teach me the day my gts arrive and teach me 2 hours starting from the toyota dealer tongue just enough to let me survive on my own ... grin

i thought about getting other kits because seriously the Tsunami kit is DEFINITY NOT the best looking kit for celica puke but i might just keep it stock for few reasons ... so a KIT is better than NO KIT tongue plus the colored stuff inside is kool too thumbsup and the color thundercloud only comes with a tsunami kit !!

there's this minior concern tho ... i LOVE the thundercloud color ... it's nice and unique ... but the colored interior comes in red/black ... while blue/black (the one you see in my avatar) comes with blue and white tsunami ... so i might just get red interior ... not tat it's bad but blue would be a little better

I leased mine, and I'm modding it. Just after 4 years it'll depreciate the value of the car if you don't have stock parts and am returning it to Toyota. BTW, is that a price if you don't put down a downpayment or something? Cause I put down a downpayment of like $6000 and I'm only paying probably just over $300 including GST for the Package B Celica GT.

Any engine mods to the car besides little things like pulleys, CAI, etc will not usually void the warranty on the vehicle unless they determine the problem is because of aftermarket parts. If you plan on returning your vehicle to Toyota after your lease, it would be best to have all stock parts like I have already mentioned. If you buy TRD parts, it won't void any warranties or depreciate the value of the car as I've been told by Toyota. But then again, different dealerships may have different policies.

And as for Tsunami goes...BLECH! Better off with some style!! Sorry for those who have this kit, I just think it's not the best out there.

im not understanding leasing here... forgive me im young. sound to me like your paying for a car and then giving it back after you have used it.do you ever see any of this money returned cause if you buy it you can always sell the car for a depreciated amount
