About how long does it take to "break in an intake" before I hit lift tongue? Ive put almost 300 miles on the intake so far...its an Injen Short Ram. Thanks

you dont need to break an intake in.

its just an aluminum pipe... there is nothing that really needs to "settle" for you to begin using it again.

BUT - If you reset your ECU (by disconnecting your battery during the install), it will have to relearn your driving behaviors all over again... it should pretty much figure you out with in the first day of driving

but still - there is no 'break-in period' for an intake

To break it in it takes about as long as it takes you to slam the gas pedal to the floor thumbsup

you break it in as soon as the car is started tongue

i hitted lift i say about 1 min after install. got to love the new sound of it screaming, miss those days cry cry cry
