Hi Im new the the forum, but I have two problems. 2000 gts My engine light went on and before that happened my engine would make squealing noises at and after it hit 4k rpm and the sound seemed to be coming from the passenger side of the engine compartment. Does anyone know what this could be from?

It could be your belt tensioner. You should really take it down to your local Toyota dealership service department to get checked out.
