How many miles do you have? How far is your drive to work everyday? Have you taken off a wheel and checked your pad life?

Brake noise can easily be caused by vibration well in advance of full wear.

i've been quoted, i think, $70-90 for a pair of TRD GT-pads (only the front).

i'd go with Raysbestos. thumbsup

Get the brakes from toyota(stock or TRD) or an aftermarket brake pad. I replaced mine at a local auto shop and i don't know what kind of brake pad it was but it was terrible!
