I swapped an auto gts motor into my manul gt car. I turned the motor into a manual by adding a gts flywheel. I used the auto wiring harness with a manual gts ecu. Problem is, the car will not start. There is no clicking noise from the starter. Is it because of the auto wiring harness, or does it has something to do with the clutch safety switch? I tried using a different starter from a friend, but it didn't work. Can anyone help?

i think the wiring is off. there is an extra few wires you need to connect. i know there is another wire you have to ground, did you connect the clutch switch?

not really sure, i haven't done the swap yet. But some other people have done it on the "other" site and found that some wiring has to change. i'll try to find the thread and pm it to you.
