I just realized that the shop that installed the CAI put the rubber sleeve for the ECU cooler too close to the intake pipe, and the one of the screws holding the sleeve on worn through the intake pipe forming a 1/8" hole... should i replace it? patch it? suggestions?

yeah that bond product should work. You also might want to try talking to the better business people or the shop itself, hopefully they will take responibility.
