whenever i switch from first to second it makes sqeeking noise and sometimes hard 2 put in gear

Does it only do it when driving. Lube your shifter cables. Many of us celi owners have had squeeky kinkages. Get a friend to sit in the car and move the shifter while you spray some WD40 on the linkages. Should clear it up. As for reverse, make sure you are at a complete stop and you have the clutch all the way in. Reverse is always a little difficult to put in, have some patience and be gentle with your car.

do what Dan said and make sure you are pushing the clutch in FULLY.

Mine was squeaky too. Just from first to second. I mentioned it when I had my oil changed and they fixed it right up.
