Everyone has the same problem. You can either go buy a new one at Toyota or deal with it. frown

I think it is just the 00' and 01' that have that problem. Correct me if i am wrong. I know like he said ^^ the newer models have glass, instead of the cheap a** plastic.

Andy, Blue Batmobile, is working on a vinyl overlay that might help that problem thumbsup

i actually fixed mine, we scuffed it down with some 320 sand paper and sprayed clear coat on it. then went back over it with some 1500 sand paper and recleared it again. worked great, no problems with it yet, but i will warn you, it takes forever to scuff that stuff. spineyes

I have a 2002 and I also have not seen a problem with it. What are the 00-01 sunroofs made of? Plexi? There might be a couple of solutions from a paint store, specifically one that carries automotive products from 3M

it'd probably be cheaper to have it recleared/tinted at a body shop than buying the whole new sunroof. my rear quarter glass windows ran me 215 a piece, so i'm guessing the sunroof is more than that.
