Let me tell you i would never wanna do this again. I installed the front and rear polyeurathane engine insert mounts all by myself, thats right by myself and it took me about 8 hours. I shouldv of took pics of the install, but i was just so furious with getting the rear mounts out and back in to take pics.

If you dont mind the extra vibration go for it but expect some anguish putting the rear inserts in. After a while some of the vibration disapates but there is still a considerable more vibration and dont expect it to go away. You just gonna have to get use to the vibration.

yeah, the back ones can be a pain if you dont know what you're doin thumbsup or havent done em before.

when I did mine we simply bought some poly mix and filled the mount. cost was about $10. thumbsup

I don't think its needed to do the rear. I only did the front and it's been just fine. Also remember you dont want it tooo stiff. cause thats when things start to break.

There only three bolts to take out for the rear. If you take out the other one near it is no harm done. just put it back on then you knoe its that one and its those three. Ive hurd if you take out the pipe it would be more room, but wat i did was lift the mount out enough and just insert it. So i never realy completly remove the mount out. I just move the engine up and down so i can get it out enough to insert the polyeurathane inserts.

Its realy realy tight in there meaning hardly any room to even lift the mount out thats why you gotta move the engine around a bit.

What i did was have the front engine mount completly out then while the bolts for the rear engine mount is out i would use the lift jack to move the engine up and down a little. Kept doing that till im able to get the engine mount out enough to insert the polyurathane inserts.

yea it takes a while to do, but 8 hours?! I broke a bunch of bunch of sockets because I used cheap shit. I filled mines w/ polyurethane so they're harder than the inserts. I can feel the whole car troque when I shift to 3rd and I bounce of the rev-limiter once or twice when I shift into 2nd because of the huge amount of wheel spin I have now. but its great, People are like "WHAT THE HELL?!" I feel a huge amount of vibrations in my car though, I just ordered 36 sq/ft of fatmat(generic dynamat) to help that proble. Also, bogging feels like an earth quake. you can also use other materials, like silicone caulk and such, but I didn't find that out until after I had done mine...
