I was driving home and as I was passing up a tow truck I hear what sounds like something hit my car, so I looked at the logo on the truck and rushed home and at the bottom of my door pannel I see like 3 or 4 scratches and I rubbed my fingers over them and I can feel them pretty well, so my dad came out to look at it and saw it and said they arent bad at all and its not even worth callin the tow co. I agree you can only see it if you really look at it, but thats not the point, should I say something?

why not? They should have been more careful, even if you don't get it fixed you can get yourself something nice!

are you saying that something fell of the tow truck & hit your car???
did something get flung up from the truck???
or are you just guessing the truck had something to do with it???

1st option, ring em up.
2nd option, that's the council's problem, not the tow company.
if it's the later option (which your above rendition of events sounds like), they will prob just laugh at you if you ring up asking for them to fix it.

If it was something flung up from the truck, then most companies have a policy where they are not responsible for any damage to another vehicle.

If something fell off then call em up.
