Uhh, new gears for the gear box. A lighter flywheel will help you out a little

P.S. You have a lot to learn...

softer tires...this is probably the easiest thing you can do to increase acceleration noticeably.

If you want to stay NA then you can do the new TRD 13:1 compression piston set, as you already have intake and exhaust you could do headers, light weight wheels (15lbs) and a sticky tire R compound or a good summer tire, reduce weight in the car over all, and a flywheel/clutch (as was mentioned). Also practice practice practice.

weight savings.

theres a million things you can take out of your car..easiest would be your jack, spare tire, and backseats. but even removing your floormats has a positive effect.

it also depends on WHERE you remove the weight. since the celica is a FWD car, you want to take as much weight out the rear as possible (i.e. jack/spare tire). taking weight out of the front reduces traction which will hinder your launch acceleration but play less of a role once your already going (unless your packing some serious horsepower where the tires spin even when not launching or shifting gears..but i doubt this is applicable for you)
