is it possible has anyone done this yet?

I remember seeing someone do that conversion on newcelica.org and I thought he was makeing a kit to sell but that was along time ago. Try doing a search and see what you find. I cant beleave that more GT owners havent done that yet...

hahahaa - funny you asked this question right now... I was just getting back from being out with friends on friday night and as I pull my car into the garage, another friend who I havent seen for the past two months pulls up right behind me...

he's converted his rear GT drums to GTS disc brakes... i didnt ask him all the details but i do remember a friend in SD with a wrecked celi telling me that some guy came down to takes his rear disc brakes...

if you get a chance ask him how he did it, id appreciate it and so would all the gt owners, if you made a kit we could make a lot of $$$ too
