It uses the powerfc and since you have an 04 gts that has drive by wire you cannot use the powerfc. If you somehow got passed that with something like e-Manage (if that works with dbw) then you have to look into if they make the kit for the us version celicas since blitz originally made the kit for right hand drive celis and a lot of things would need to be moved around which equals more money.

not worth it turbo it, you just can't turbo it like crazy since you can't use engine management i suggest c2 power's stage 1 GTS kit from www.c2power.com [ c2power.com]
