I believe Hella is a good brand. I have McCulloch and it was very simple to install. I got it from http://www.streetrays.com. Xenon Depot is also a good choice.

Hella are made in Germany & are used by MB & BMW. It's a simple Plug & Play, you just have to find a spot to mount the ballast and connect a couple of wires.

So is Hella better than McCulloch? I heard some stories about McCulloch melting our headlight housing. Anyway, yeah i know they are made from germany, but i didn't know BMW and MB uses them..wow..must be a good quality then.. thanks for the info

If you do decide to get the Mcculloch, get them from ebay. I got my McCulloch 6000K H7 for $280! thumbsup

youre wise for getting HIDs and not PIAAs or MTECHs

but go with brand names

McCulloch, Hella, Philips, Xenon Depot...you will be safe with any of those

to answer ur question nice and simple. yes, hella is a hell of a brand smile
their one of the best. philips, hella are used in OEM HID kits.
i think they are better than mcculloch, but mc... is also a great brand. just buy whichever is cheaper and better for u. both are real easy to install and both are gonna do the job well.
as for mounting the ballasts, i have mounted them right behind the headlight. i have hella and so far so good.
