To all of you who have aftermarket seats:

Are there aftermarket sliders / mounts available specifically for our cars or did you remove the sliders from the stock seats and reuse them? All of the aftermarket sites I have looked at have "universal mounts".
As the seat belt buckles are mounted to our OEM seats, did you remove them and bolt them into the seat mounting holes on the chassis?
The stock seats are too damn heavy, it's time for some Momos, Sparcos or OMPs.

if you get momo or sparco seats then they should have car specifc brackets for the seats. I have a specific bracket for my seat.

OK. From the photo in your profile they look like sliders.

If you go with a better quality brand like sparco you will just need to buy the celica specific sliders and brackets like kim said which can be found on most websites. If you get other brands you will have to contact a company called wedge engineering. They should have templates for a lot of the seats and if not you can tell them the dimensions of the seat your looking at. Look to pay I think it was 250 for brackets and sliders for the ones you have to call and ask for the brackets for though.
