I didnt want to say anything until I am completly sure but chances are that I will get a 2001 celica GTS next wend thumbsup I just have to wait till my bank checks out the details on the car and gives me the ok. Ill post pics if and when I get it but I have another question. I heard someone before saying something about geting a student loan to pay the bank off so I can get the title to my car. I have been looking into this for many reasons now. Most importantly if I do this then I dont have to make payments till after college but I will be making rather large payments on priemium and only premium which is a very good thing. My main question is am I understanding this right? Is it this easy to do? and is it Legal? if so then I will make payments for a month or so then get a 10,000 studen loan to pay the bank off and get my title. That way when I make payments I can just pay on the priciple and get it lower so there would be a lot less interest. I dunno it seems to easy. Any thoughts?

As an example this is what I mean. Im geting a 12,000 loan to buy the car
for 60 months. Payment would be around 240 a month with part of that going to interest and only a little going to get it paid off.

Student loan of 10,000 no payment for about 4 years but I will be paying about 500 - 1000 a month to get it paid off quick. All the money will be going to pay it off and so I will be charged less interest when its all said and done.

Sounds good?

I don't see why you couldn't use a student loan. You are going to school, right? The car could be interpreted as being part of your college expenses. I wouldn't let on to anyone about your real intent with the loan though. Since I've never had a stundent loan though, I can't say for sure.

You should pay interest charges to build up credit.

Lets see ok well I got the loan aproved with a 5.99 apr, I have to put 25% down though which I dont have, Thankfully my Fiance does and shes lending the money (god I'm lucky) But once I sell my current car I will be able to pay her back. Im checking the car out Saturday monring at 830 wtf way to early for me on a saturday but its worth it. Everything goes right I can own the car either that day or on monday than I go and pick her up on Wen.

I just found out my insurance is going to go up 1,720$ a year thumbsdown I have to have full coverage so yeah that sucks. But Im geting a little help with it so hopefully I will have to pay only 300 a month and have a 200 payment for a few months until I get my premium down.

Its going to be stock for awhile because I want to have enough money in the bank incase anything happens and becuase I want to pay a lot on premium for a while. Of course after I have it for a few months I know I would want to get something for it I am thinking of either trd exhaust or a cai smile or a short shifter or a new system or new seats or some wheels or new gauges...

And thats about it everything looks good hopefully it will stay that way.

Hell yeah I just picked up the car today at 714 in the morning. I was up at 4 and had my friend drive me 2 1/2 hour to pick it up. I just got home after driving back from Sac, I didnt take to car up to high in rpm becuase Im new to stick and dont want to miss-shift. It has a few scratches and a dent in the door but my buddy owns a body shop and is going to hook me up thumbsup
