man i really want that hood in carbon fiber, so i decided to send them an email asking if they will be coming out with one in carbon fiber and here's what they said
"Veilside is committed to high quality parts. In order to make a pure carbon fiber hood to our quality standards, it would push the price of the hood, to an unreasonable amount. The carbon fiber that Veilside uses for hoods is dry
carbon. For example our Dry Carbon Supra hood weights 3lbs, but is $4,000.00 Most of the carbon fiber hoods you see on the market is nothing but a fiberglass hood, with a carbon fiber layer wrapped around it, thus making it even heavier than a FRP hood." cry
