My buddy David of http://www.ledvisionz.com is selling LED dome lights. I got a blue one for my 2003 Celica GT and I love it! It's bright and was easy to put in. I had the hardest time finding the domelight for my car, since everywhere I went told me I have that bullet-looking bulb, the DE3175, but my 2003 Celica GT takes the BA9S fitting.

EDIT: I was just informed that the Celicas take different bulbs depending on whether or not they have a sunroof or not. If you have a sunroof, you need the BA9S fitting, if you don't have one, it'll be the DE3175 fitting (the one that looks like a bullet).

If you wanna see how mine turned out, PM me for a pic smile

I believe all of the new body style Celica's use the BA9S fitting, but I'm not exactly sure...but I'm positive that the Celica 2003 GT takes the BA9S fitting. See pic below, it is to show you what the BA9S fitting looks like.

You can get them here: http://www.ledvisionz.com or you can email my friend David at: LEDVisionz@yahoo.com. Any questions, just email!

Cost: 2 @ $8.99, and I think the price on the site is different, but I'm not sure, so for now, your best bet would prolly be to email David directly.

Thanks,
Kristin

the sunroof and non-sunroof celicas take different dome light bulbs. does your celica has a sunroof? i'm interested if so (as mine is a sunroof also). or does your friend sell both versions?

Oh, thanks for that info, I didn't know that. Yes mine is a sun-roof version. You'll need the BA9S fitting also then. He does have both versions though.

Thanks,

Kristin

it sucks.. cause the celica has only a maplight in the front. They dont'even have a dome light in the middle. OR reading lights.. so if you get blue, you get stuck with blue. frown

Yeah, it does suck that we don't have a regular domelight in the middle, but you're really not "stuck" with blue. The deal of 2 @ $8.99 is cool because you can mix and match the colors. Get one white and one blue, when you get bored of one, swap it out and put the other color. It's super easy to put in. All you do is unscrew the one screw, then pry off the plastic (don't worry you won't break it). I used a flat head screwdriver. It takes like 3 mins tops.

Guys, I think he made some changes today possibly...the wrong price was on there and I think he was going to modify which colors were available for the BA9S fittings. So you can email him or go to his website to buy them there smile Let me know if there's any other questions smile

k, had a question about what the blue LED bulb looks like, to see if it'll fit a 2005 gts 6 speed...here's a pic per request...it's a pic of my old stock bulb, but the new one is the same thing except it's whatever color you order: blue, red or white smile

No, they aren't that much. I think maybe it's wrong on his website. As far as I know, he told me $7.99 for 2 of them. Click on the link to the eBay auction he has up right now, it's like 2 post above this one. Sorry for the confusion...I know his web developer was changing some things, so he might not have gotten around to changing this price yet.
