Hi, My husband went to buy a bra for our new celica and the toyota guy said that they don't make one for cars with the action package. We really want a bra! Can anyone tell me where I can find one? Thanks

yeah, ive never seen an action package with a bra

they do not make one...toyota only makes them for non-action packaged celicas. also, there is no other company that makes them for the celica at all.

why would you buy one in anyways? those are ugly

^^^Just don't remove it, its been known to pull the paint off of cars. Trust me, i've talked with a window tint guy that does it.

Wonder why they don't make bras for action package. Maybe not high enough in demand. At any rate, take your husband bra shopping anyway. I'd know he'd like that.

I agree that I've never seen a bra for a celica with an action package, BUT Toyota is not the only manufacturer of celica bras as stated earlier.

Even though there's nothing for the bottom portion of your car, you could always get a magnetic bra for the hood to prevent rock chips up there.

if you go to www.carbras.com [carbras.com] they will custom make you one-any color -even factory paint matched colors for around $350

to my knowlege toyota is the only maker that has retail production of celica bras. other companies can make one for you..but they don't retail..at least not that i know of. (it's not actually toyota that makes the bras anyway...but the company that does make them sells exclusively to toyota)

as with most things, i'd like to be wrong. it'd be great if other people did it. so if someone can call me out i'd appreciate it

^^ it was already stated earlier that people buy them to protect from paint chips (i.e. it will have better resale value)

Ugliness factor aside, the bra will help protect you against paint chips, but you're paint will fade out unevenly. When the next owner finally removes it (if they don't like it), the car's paint & shine will look uneven. And like some others said, if it heats up enough under the hot sun, you can actually peel off the paint right off your bumper, and the celica paint is quite flaky as it is already. So be warned.

Sorry to inform you but if paint is properly cured there will be no problem removing clear 3M bra. Use proper amount of heat & know what your doing - NO PROBLEMS WITH PAINT
