The driver side bulb doesn't light up when I turn the lights on, but after a couple of mins of driving or if I hit a bump, it'll light up. It also turns on and off when I hit a bump. And sometimes it wont light up at all frown.

I double checked all of the connectors and they're all snug and tight. I also checked the ballast by switching sides and the passenger side works perfect. I checked the fuses and they look ok. Since the light sometimes turns on and off when I hit a bump, I'm starting to think that there might be an electrical interference.

Help!?

They're Koba...suppose to be one of the best HID bulbs made in Japan rolleyes

I don't think that the bulb is warming up because the passenger side turns on right away when I turn on my lights. Sometimes the driver side doesn't turn on at all and I'll go out on a 15-20 min trip.
