With the viper alarm/remote start you can program extra stuff into the remote.. Has any one tried making it able to open your garage door? Just thought it would be a lot better if i could open my garage door than start my car all from the remote instead of having to open the door when i get up and start my car a lil bit b4 I leave.

You can, but not a garage door opener. I have mine setup to turn my underbody neons on and off from my remote. With that alarm you have like 2 or 3 extra channels to control different electronic stuff in the car with a relay. There is a guide in the installs section to do a custom door opener button, but not remotely.
