i asked 'bout this a while back when the pfc was relatively new.

ordered the tpr i/e and planning on the tpr stage2 cams (hopefully stock ecu compatible) & tpr racing header as well. planned on adding the apexi power fuel control later on and tuning.

i wanted to add a zex wet system into this equation. i'm still concerned 'bout the aggresiveness of the tuning and how nitrous will react with the new tuning. will it be able to run of the original tuned map or will a second map incorporating nitrous have to be utilized (retarding timing)? also, how would the colder sparkplugs required for nitrous affect the performance with the pfc (and the car in general)?

been thinking 'bout this lately 'cause if i do need two maps (apexi power fuel control plus datalogit plus laptop gets kind of expensive) i could run with the stage2 cams (pending testing with stock ecu and if not deferring to stage1) can indeed run with the stock ecu (however not at their optimized level with tuning) then i could incorporate a nitrous setup for "weekend warrior" runs while still having benefits from an aftermarket camshaft(s) (even though their not at their optimized tuning).

any educated input is appreciated.

funny how i'll drop thousands to increase horsepower & speed but i still run with 18" 'cause i'm too cheap to get tires for my bald stock 16" at home...

you can get a great n/a tune, and keep a set of 2 step colder plugs with you

and when you get to the track pop the 2 step colder plugs in and run off the same basemap with juice.

or

you can have 2 separate maps one for nitrous and one for n/a, and switch them out everytime you squeeze.
