I jsut got TRD rear lip and someone hit my damn car in the school parking lot... They know the car is an intrepid but they don't have license plate numbers or anything... I was in class and no one saw it  well they have a pic of the car on tape but the car isn't "known" to be a regular in the parking lot... basically i am prolly going to have to pay to fix this myself. I am also looking for stock left tail light if any one has one for sale

yea they have video cameras and i am getting a copy of the tape but the cop said they don't have a license plate # and they have never seen the car before

Well, went to 2 places and got an estimate...
1st one deals mainly with exoitcs and luxury cars (so i knew it would be expensive) they said $1900.. this included replacing bumper and buffing lip out and repainting.. not including broken tail light...
2nd Toyota estimate was $1400 this included new bumper both the stock one and TRD lip repainting and new tail light.. BTW the price for 1 new tail light is $153.00

If we go with the toyota place which we probably will since we aren't claiming it ($1000 deductable) I will sell my lip to anyone who wants it... Its scratched but I guess you could easily sand it down and repaint it
Also what tails should I get? I'm not going to spend $153 on one tail light.. any suggestions?

there are taisl noroamlyl for sale so you shoudl ahve a problme with that. why arnt you just going to have the bumper repainted. shoudl cost allot less?

new bumper?! there doesn't seem to be any dents..
and 153 for one stock rear tail light is really insane.
i got my tail lights from the for sale forum for $60 so i suggest you look there first before buying anything from toyota

After the price of labor we figured it was 32$ more to get a new bumper... and the lip was 49$ more... The entire bumper and lip would have to been repainted
Stock lip retails for $264
Bumper 180

you don't need a new bumper.you must be crazy, especially coming out of your own pocket, you can fix it your self, just get the lip repainted or try sanding it a lil bit & get touch up paint.

you don't need a new bumper.you must be crazy. you can fix it your self, just get the lip repainted or try sanding it a lil bit & get touch up paint. yup

yikes i'm sorry! the same exact thing happened to my car before i purchased it (to the previous owner).. i would sell you my stock left tail but it's also bashed in the EXACT same spot... and my paint is scratched in the EXACT same spot...
