Celica Forums General Discussion Interior Custom Fiberglass sub box

So I have a plan for my system in my car...I'm going to lay down some MDF for the base of the back and do a hinge split so I can have access to my spare if i ever need it, But now I want the subs to be on both sides of the trunk facing eachother and the best way is with fiber glass. Anyone know anything about the process of shaping and making fiberglass?

sweet, what kinda subs you putting in (size, brand) this is gonna be a nice project for ya, im thinking of doing it as well, but making up your mind no the setup is a pain in the ass. On one hand you dont want to make it look to outrages, but then on the other hand you want to come up with something unique and original...its confusing let us know what you come up with buddy!!

I have 2 solobaric kicker subs 12"...
So when i get this project on the road i'll give it a silver coat just to match my car... I'll keep things posted
