Hey guys
i finally got my 2000 celica GTS yesterday. The car is in pretty good condition except for some wheel alignment/balancing work and some key scratches on the car to be taken care of. On the inside the only damage is the sunroof cover ... i dont know how exactly the thing got jammed ... but something got stuck in there ... most probably its just the cover itself that got bent or something and is blocking it ... now the problem is im not too keen on taking it to the local dealer coz they are too expensive and local garages are not much of an option ... coz i the 2000+ celicas were never sold here ... and i just saw one other celica in my city till now ... and i was told that removing the headliner is one of the most careful jobs since its easy to break the hooks and i also heard that you will never get the factory kind of finish ... it will tend to sag after a while ...
Now i have never done anything on any car till now ... the biggest DIY job was replacing my factory seakers with component speakers in my other car...
So you guys got any ideas ???
