Been thinking about this. Those 3 bolts on each side of the engine bay that connects to the suspensions where you usually mount the front strut bar. How tight do you tighten those bolts? Ever since I installed my Front Strut bar, I get a bit of a rattling when I am on low RPM (Even when I am on neutral fixing my parking at 2mph). It seems to be coming from the engine bay. Kinda sounds like metal hitting metal. Any ideas? Could it be that those 6 bolts are not tighten down enough? I am just afraid to overtighten them.

Those three bolts must be torqued to 39 Nm, equivalent to 29 ft-lbs.

is it possible your bar is vibrating a little and slightly hitting the bottom of your hood?? you can check the hood to see if there is any wear.

The bar is uninstalled, still making the noise. What is a good torque wrench? I gotta invest in one.
