hey i was wondering how many holes on the bottom of a authentic TRD spoiler to bolt it on to the trunk... I just bought a carbon fiber trd style spoiler and i don't kno if i wanna drill holes in my trunk... i was wondering if it is possible to just reuse the 4 holes from my small little stock spoiler only... anyways does anyone have pics of the bottom of their authentic TRD spoiler?? i wanna where the holes are and if the extra holes make a difference.. thanks for any help you guys can give me..

if it's authentic, then you don't need to drill extra or another holes. it is a direct OEM fitment.

I was wondering the same thing because I'm about to buy one. What is a good site to buy TRD spoilers from that is reliable?

Actually, if it's authentic, you need to drill 5 more holes. 2 extra on each side of the base and an extra one for the wiring.

well the left side of the spoiler-base should have 5 holes: 4 bolt holes and 1 holes for the wiring from the LED brake light.

right side should have 4 holes.

I have a replica TRD spoiler off ebay. And it bolted to the factory holes where my stock spoiler use to be. I just had to drill an extra hole for the wiring. Been on the car for about 3 weeks. So far so good. And yes, what robare99 said is true, plus the the authentic TRD spoiler has smooth lines where the 2 ends meet the trunk.
