Hi all, Im going to buy a body kits soon so here is my question: I have a 2000 white Celica and the previous owner left it in the sun too much so the paint kindna fade a bit + chip. I want to paint the body kit white and go over the white on my car to make it shine again? Can I do this or not. If so, how much would it cost to do this??? Paint body kit + installation + over white paint on my white celica. Thanx guys!!

it seems like you really only have two options:

1) you could paint the whole car + body kit the factory color (or another color altogether). That would look the best, but be the most expensive

2) you could attempt to get the body kit painted a color to match the faded white on your car and just have them repair the damaged paint on your car. This probably won't look as good but would be cheaper. I wouldn't recommend it

Either get all of it painted or just paint the body kit and live with the faded paint on your car.
